The membrane keypads are mainly used in places where water resistance and easy cleaning are required. The compact design also allows small devices to be controlled. They also offer high resistance to dust, chemicals and mechanical abrasion, which makes them ideal for use in hygiene-critical areas such as medical technology, the food industry or industrial control systems.

The low-cost production and design are primarily aimed at solutions where a button press is only occasionally required. Nevertheless, various design options, tactile feedback and individual printing make it possible to create customized input solutions.
