DYNASENSE
Unique membrane keypad for harsh environments.
The resistive input technology DYNASENSE
resistive input technology is extremely robust and is very easy to integrate into your system.
Similar to a traditional membrane keypad, the switching concept is based on the reduction of electrical resistance. As a result, DYNASENSE ensures precise and reliable input, even under demanding conditions.
The robust design and high resistance to moisture, dust and temperature fluctuations make this system the ideal choice for industrial control systems and harsh outdoor use.
Thanks to the optimized sensor technology, DYNASENSE can also be easily operated with gloves without losing sensitivity or reaction speed. This innovative input system combines durable materials with state-of-the-art technology at an attractive cost.

Features
The DYNASENSE resistive input technology does not require a complicated electronic interface.
With a proprietary and innovative conductive nanoparticle ink technology, DYNASENSE offers the possibility to realize input systems with plastic overlays in different thicknesses.
DYNASENSE requires virtually no mechanical movement for switching. This results in a very long service life.
- Plastic overlays from 0.15 to 0.75 mm thick
- Pressure-sensitive - the actuation path is between 30 and 50 µmPressure-sensitive - the actuation path is between 30 and 50 µm
- Very long service life of over 5 million strokes
- No controller chips and no firmware programming required
- Robust and suitable for all weather conditions - at an attractive cost
Product advantages
Despite its very high robustness, the price is very attractive.
"The DYNASENSE resistive input technology is incredibly robust and allows very easy integration into the system."

How the DYNASENSE technology works:
1. the keystroke on the overlay is transferred to the force-sensitive resistor material via a thin spacer layer.
2. this reduces the electrical resistance and thus leads to a switching process in the electronics - similar to conventional membrane keyboards.
