U-shape sign production is an absolute hit. With this new development, we have reduced the production time of anodised aluminium signs and front panels from ten working days to just one.
In U-shape sign production, everything happens in one fell swoop. Customer-specific signs are printed, processed and packaged in a single operation – all done!
In conventional factory production, every procedure is carried out according to a work schedule. The comparatively long idle periods between the procedures impact production time significantly: it is typically 10 days. Now we calculate just one week between receiving the order and delivery in a normal case.
Criteria:
- Metal signs/fronts anodised, printed or unprinted
- Plate thickness from 0.5 to 4 mm
- Cut edges, not anodised and not coloured
- Back not decorated or chrome-plated
- Back adhesive: 3M 467 or 3M 468
- All holes and cut-outs
- Drill-holes with or without threads
- Without bolts
- Batch sizes of 1 to 100 pcs or max. 5 metal sheets of 70 dm2
