CNC STAMPING / EMBOSSING
With the modern blanking center it is possible to blank, cutt (cropping) and deform.
The integrated camera recognises optical marks for supervision and correction.
In addition to a number of eccentric presses with power punching forces ranging from 150 to 400 kN, to crucibles presses and automatic stamping plates, we have a CNC punching revolver center (sheet size max. 2000 x 1000 mm) for shaping and formatting without shavings.
Special tools allow the integration of the stamping process for embossing with chamfers – even chamfers with deformations.
