Our milling machines – particularly the C22U Hermle 5-axle milling centre with IH60 handling system – allow Algra Group to produce true-to-size aluminium parts from solid material with maximum precision in record time.

The modern 5-axle processing centre is exceptionally efficient, with automatic overnight milling via the palette system. The spindle speed of up to 30,000 rotations per minute ensures highly precise surfaces.

The tool’s internal cooling system permits high feed speeds. The integrated measuring sensors generate measurement logs for the manufactured parts.
