FLAT-BED PRINTERS

For drying purposes there are hot air- and UV- ovens available. Algra Group operates a row of flat-bed machines with ½- and ¾-automats for printing on metal plates, plastic and foils as well as on glass plates. For foils in serial production we use roll-on-roll machines.

Algra Group covers a wide spectrum of screen printing: transparent windows, film with vanishing properties, filter printing, self-adhesive surfaces, protective film, strip conductors made of graphite or silver conductive paste, insulators, resistors, sub-anodized prints and many more.

The maximal printing size is 1000 x 1500 mm. Pantone or RAL colours are used, but if required we can also mix other colours to the customers’ specific requirements. For anodizing aluminium Algra Group disposes of a self-developed colour palette which rests upon long lasting experience.

The screen printers are located an air-conditioned clean room with controlled charged air to reduce electrostatic charging. The stencils are produced in-house.
